* Attention 8th Graders NOT GOING TO BOOMERS: There have been some changes. Please listen closely for your schedule today.

Ms. Hoffman’s 4th, 5th and 6th pd. students go to the Primetime Room, 314. (Pd. 2 and 3 stay in 513) 
Ms. Schrager-Cole’s Pds. 2, 5, 6 and 7 students go to the Primetime Room, 314. (Pd. 4 stay in B3) 
Mr. McLellan’s and Ms. Mandock’s students go to McLellan’s room, 405. 
All of Mr. Davis’ students go to the Primetime room, 314. 
Mr. Rigali’s Period 5, please go to room 405.
 For Promotion Practice, Follow the Directions your teacher has given you

* Mr. Sacchetti’s 4th period PE class, report directly to the Auditorium today for the Drama Showcase.  Do not go to the PE area at all – go directly to the auditorium.  Remember, this is for Mr. Sacchetti’s 4th period class only.

* Attention East Coast Trippers- Mr. Moore needs all of his Squirrels to come and pick up their scrapbooks and journals no later than advisory this afternoon from room 702 this morning. If you do not pick them up, they may be unavailable until next year.
 
* Attention Students-If you have not yet picked up your yearbook because of library holds, you may pick up on Monday from the office.  No library clearance pass is required on Monday.

* Attention East Coasters! Our group photo in front of the Capitol Building is here. Come by Ms. Roberts’ room (B-3) to pick yours up.

* Attention 6th Grade Campers and ALL students who have medication with the nurse: Come pick up your medications now from the nurse’s office!!

* 8th Graders, please remind your parents that flowers will be on sale on the day of promotion.

* Please check lost and found if you are missing belongings, any unclaimed items will be donated.
 
* Attention ALL Art Students:   Please come to room 608 to pick up your art work. You can come during lunch, academic prep, or before, or just after school. (F-F)

If you did, you can come pick up the letters you wrote to yourself. Come
by room 505 anytime before school or after school to get your letter.

* PE Department locks left will be cut off starting today.

* Congratulations to Gabriella Quiwa who has been selected to
perform the “Star Spangled Banner” at the 2009-2010 Eighth Grade
Promotion Ceremony. Mr. Marcus wishes to thank all of the applicants
for their fine auditions.

* East Coast trip participants… your scrapbook and journal are
due TODAY to your chaperone. Make sure to stop by their classroom or
office to submit your work!

* The PE Department requests that any students who have been on med PE come and clean out their baskets by this Friday, June 11.  Any locks left will be cut off starting Monday. (Th, F)

* Library news: Today all of you 7th graders will be coming to the library with your English class to return textbooks. There’s a sweet treat awaiting those who return all textbooks ! You’ll also receive a Cleared Pass if all books are returned and ALL DEBTS CLEARED. This pass is required for the yearbook signing parties and other end-of-the-year activities.

* Attention East Coast Trippers!  Your journals and scrapbooks will be due to your chaperone next Monday, June 14.  For more information ask your chaperone.

* Attention 8th graders: The June 11th Dance tickets are on sale for $15.00.  Deadline for purchasing is today, Thursday June 10th.  Also, June 18th is the trip to Boomers.  Those tickets are $20.00 and are on sale until Tuesday June 15. These tickets are limited so hurry.  Please check you student planner, page 13, to make sure you are eligible for these activities. Boomers permission slips are now available in the office.

* Attention Second Semester, Wheel #2 Art Students: Your clay is glazed and waiting to be picked up.  Please come to room 608 during academic prep, or before, or just after school. (M-F)

* The faith club will meet TODAY in room 701, during both lunches. All are welcome.

* Attention all employees. Today and tomorrow is the benefits audit in the office.  Teachers, a sub will come to your room to release you when it is your turn.  Classifieds, come when you can during your day this includes cafeteria and custodial.  Thanks.
